We fund the solar plants
our clients Cannot
Three Eight Six finances, designs, installs, owns and operates on-site solar for commercial and industrial businesses across the GCC. Our clients invest nothing and simply buy the power.
Why we exist
Across the GCC, industrial and commercial businesses sit on exactly what a solar plant needs: large flat roofs, heavy daytime consumption, and some of the strongest irradiance in the world. Almost none of them build one.
The reason is rarely the technology. It is that a rooftop plant is a seven-figure capital decision competing against machinery, inventory and expansion — and it sits outside the core business. A CFO can see the payback and still, correctly, decline to fund it.
Three Eight Six was established to take that decision off the table. We put up the capital, carry the technical and performance risk for the full term, and sell the client one thing they already buy every month: electricity, at a lower rate.
Why we exist
Making the GCC’s energy transition a commercial decision, not an environmental one.
Every country we operate in has a national energy strategy that depends on private industry generating its own clean power — not only on utility-scale farms in the desert. Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, the UAE Energy Strategy, Qatar’s National Vision: all of them need thousands of factories and warehouses to switch, and none of them can force it.
Our position is that the switch happens when it is commercially obvious. A business owner does not need to be persuaded about climate change to accept a lower electricity rate with no capital outlay. Decarbonisation follows as the consequence.
That is the whole of our mission: remove every reason to say no, one rooftop at a time, until distributed solar is simply how industrial sites in this region buy power.

Our expertise
Commercial and industrial only — and that is deliberate.
One customer type
Warehouses, factories, cold stores and logistics hubs. We do not do residential or utility-scale, so nothing about our engineering or financing is a compromise between segments.
Daytime load
C&I sites consume most of their power exactly when the sun is on the roof. That match is what makes a PPA cheaper than the grid without a battery.
Long-horizon capital
Our shareholders are power producers and regional investment groups, so we can underwrite twenty-five-year agreements rather than chase short payback.
What makes us different
Four things a client cannot get from an EPC contractor.
We own the risk, not you
If the plant underperforms, it is our revenue that falls. An installer is paid on handover and walks away; we are paid per kilowatt-hour for twenty-five years, so our incentive and yours point the same direction.
Shareholders who build power plants
B.Grimm Power has been generating electricity since 1878 and operates across fifteen countries. Our equity comes from people who run power assets, not from a fund looking for an exit.
Regional permitting done for you
DEWA, EtihadWE, SEC, Kahramaa — different processes, different timelines, all handled by us. The client signs one agreement and never touches an application form.
A team that stays
The engineer who surveys your roof is part of the same company that will be cleaning the panels in year twelve. There is no handover to a third-party O&M provider.
